Hazel makes it easy for me to think about how I can make positive changes. She is an attentive listener who is genuine and is a natural at making me feel good about myself and my achievements! She has a lovely energy!
Before the life coaching sessions, I was on treadmill of focussing on my daily and weekly chores, doing things for others and feeling I didn't have the time or energy to think about myself. After the sessions, I feel that I can and will develop myself both for my physical and psychological health. I have been encouraged by Hazel to think about my own needs, my diet, exercise regime and sleep. She has helped me create positive affirmations keeping me motivated with exercising and to treat myself with kindness and empathy which I would not have thought to do otherwise.
