Special Introductory Rate: £70/session or £250 for a set of 4 sessions
These sessions can take place on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis depending on what suits you best.

Hazel will also be running a 6 week online Group Coaching Course, starting in January 2025. This will be an ideal course for anyone wishing to improve their Wellness through coaching, with the support of a small group of like-minded people too.
Outdoor walk and talk in person Life Coaching sessions will take place in Edinburgh, Scotland in the warmer months and will be available from March 2025. These sessions take the same format as a usual life coaching session and will start in the Sundial Garden in Stockbridge, Edinburgh.
Online life coaching sessions are available too.
